15 min. (video) Closer to your goal weight- Bodyweight workout

The exercises

   1.     Running in place
   2.     Total bod y extensions
   3.     Human elliptical
   4.     Jumping Jacks
   5.     Side shuffle with touch downs
   6.     Plank climbers
   7.     Side plank with rotations

Execution ( 30 sec work: 15 sec rest)


  •    Perform exercise #1 for 30 seconds

  •   Rest for 15 seconds

  •    Move on to the next exercise

  •    After completing #6 start over at #1 and repeat

  •   Complete 3 rounds for a total of 15 minutes
