One such phenomenon is our brains “MIRROR
NEURONS”.
Neuroscientists when studying the brains of primates discovered
that a particular motor command neurons will not only fire when they execute a
very specific action, but that these same neurons will also fire when they
observe another performing the same actions.
“This means we can experience a similar sensation in both
doing and observing the same deed, allowing ourselves to feel in the
place of another and perceive its movements as we are doing it ourselves”
Think of the Mirror Neuron phenomenon as a program that runs
on your brains computer.
If you know how to program it you can command it to what you
desire.

coached, learned and adopted skills and lifestyles.
The Windshield effect was a common
trait in these hotbeds. The windshield
is your direct line of sight view. It’s the practical application of the mirror
neuron effect. The learners stared and listened intently to the performers they
wanted to be like. They started to exhibit the skills and behavior of things in
their windshield.
The engraving effect was built on top
of the windshield. Engraving is done by
putting yourself in place of the performer. To create new neurological pathways
in our brain quicker we can vividly imagine ourselves performing the tasks or
lifestyle. Neuroscientist call this Myelin. Myelin is like high speed
internet for our brains.
The sled on the snowy hill phenomenon
is a term coined by Neuroscientist. Think of your brain as the snowy hill, the
sled as a Neuron firing or you doing an action and the snow is the noise of our
lives.
Each time the sled goes over the snowy hill it leaves a
track. The key to make a new habit or lifestyle is to frequently go over the same
track so that the snow does not clear up the track or act/habit.
