4. Jumping Jacks
5. Side shuffle with touch downs
6. Plank climbers
7. Side plank with rotations
Execution (
30 sec work: 15 sec rest)
- Perform exercise #1 for 30 seconds
- Rest for 15 seconds
- Move on to the next exercise
- After completing #6 start over at #1 and repeat
- Complete 3 rounds for a total of 15 minutes
