Two wash towels,

pillow and
·
A kitchen floor.
Here are the phase 1 specifics
1.
Push up on knees x 8 -12
2.
Reverse lunge x 8-12 each leg
3.
Glut leg curl x 8-12
4.
Core overhead reach x 8 -12 each arm
5.
Core side reach outs x 8-12 each arm
6.
Mountain climbers finisher x 30 – 60 seconds
Repeat 2-4 times
