Setup:
- Partner 1 assumes a stomach plank. (pull elbows and toes towards knees)
- Partner 2 stands above partner 1
Performance:
- Partner 2 pushes partner 1 upper back left and right. Try to push partner 1 off balance.
- 10-15 seconds and switch , Repeat 6-12 times

Setup:
- Face your partner with one foot up and knee down in an in-line position
Performance:
- Press the same side palm of you down knee into your partners palm
- Tighten your core
- Try to push your partner off balance
- Fight for 10-15 seconds, switch legs and feet
- Repeat 6-12 times
