Who else wants to spice up their core? Try these partner earthquake core exercises

Woman love to go to the bathroom together so why not do core exercises together?

Setup:

  • Partner 1 assumes a stomach plank. (pull elbows and toes towards knees)
  • Partner 2 stands above partner 1

Performance:

  • Partner 2 pushes partner 1 upper back left and right. Try to push partner 1 off balance.
  • 10-15 seconds and switch , Repeat 6-12 times
 
Half Kneeling Core fighting

Setup:

  • Face your partner with one foot up and knee down in an in-line position

Performance:

  • Press the same side palm of you down knee into your partners palm
  • Tighten your core
  • Try to push your partner off balance
  • Fight for 10-15 seconds, switch legs and feet
  • Repeat 6-12 times
