Yesterday one of my favorite clients gave 24 hour notice
that she would not make her appointment to workout. Reason? No child care!
She loves to work out, it makes her happy. A happier mom is
a better mom!
This workout is for anyone who has a couch, I know you are
out there.

Phase 1-
Perform 2-5 total rounds!
1. Hip flex, rocking
Left/ right x 15
2. Tall sitting upper back rotation
X 10 each side
3. Rear foot elevated split squat
Left/right x 8-12 each side
4.Single leg Hip thrust
Left/right x15
5. Pushups
X 8-12
6. Side crawls
30-60 seconds
7. Perfect strides
Two
Sec holds x6 each side
8. Lateral shuffle with touch downs
30-60 seconds
Perform 2-5 total rounds!
Next week will be phase 2.
